McDonald Plumbing, Inc. proudly continues the legacy of Bob McDonald Plumbing.
As a locally owned and operated business, we remain committed to the small-town service and personal attention our customers have trusted for decades — a standard first established by my father, Bob McDonald, in 1976. Although the name changed in 2011, our dedication to quality, integrity, and community has not.
For generations, families have relied on our company for dependable plumbing repairs and service. It is my goal to carry forward the same level of care, professionalism, and reliability that my father devoted his life to providing.
Many of you supported our family following my father’s passing in 2011, and for that, I am deeply grateful. It is both an honor and a responsibility to continue the relationships he built and uphold the reputation he worked so hard to earn.
While no one can replace my father or the legacy he created, I am proud to keep it alive. I look forward to building lifelong relationships with new customers while continuing to serve the loyal families who have trusted us for years.

A Blast From Our Past!
Back in the 1970s, our company had a different logo and name: Bob McDonald Plumbing. It was started by John’s father, Bob—a hardworking plumber who believed that your reputation was the most important tool you carried.
Bob wanted something special for his service vans. So, he asked his neighbor, a talented local artist, to create a piece of artwork that represented the business he was building.
What the artist created became more than just a logo painted on a truck.
It became a symbol.
A symbol of the pride Bob took in his work.
A symbol of the respect he had for every customer he served.
But most of all, it stood for a promise.
A promise to show up when people needed help.
A promise to be honest and treat customers fairly.
And a promise to do the job right the first time.
Those values weren’t just words to Bob—they were the foundation he built the company on.
And decades later, they still guide everything we do today: hard work, integrity, and a commitment to the community we’re proud to serve.
